Town in the valley of river Divoká Orlice, north-east of Žamberk. First mentioned in the year 1279. The monastery and church were destroyed in the era of Hussite wars. The church was built again in the year 1452 in Gothic style. It was several rebuilt. The important is the altar-stone with heraldies of lords of Šternberk, Hvězda, Potštejn, Poděbrady and Lichtenberg. Under the town becomes the dam Pastviny.
